The defined GRQ (Global Roaming Quality) / IR.81 standards – developed by the GSMA in co-operation with selected partners like Keynote SIGOS – provides a comprehensive framework for the pro-active testing, reactive monitoring and assurance of end-to-end roaming services quality.

Key to a global perspective on roaming quality is consistency of measurements and thus comparability between home network and visited networks, regardless of monitoring and testing methods used.

GlobalRoamer, the world-wide distributed active test system fully hosted by Keynote SIGOS allows convenient outbound roaming quality of service monitoring. Keynote SIGOS supported several operators during the GRQ trial phase and has successfully proven to be fully compliant to the GRQ framework as an active end-to-end service quality test system.
