SITE Administrator Training

The administrator training is intended for the group of persons who, after deployment of the SITE test system from Keynote SIGOS, continue to maintain and administer the SITE test system. The administrator training requires successful completion of the SITE user training.

• Duration: 1 day
• Maximum attendees:  3
• Location: Keynote SIGOS training center (Nuremberg, Germany)
  or customer location (requires one PC for each attendee and
  trainer with connection to the SITE system)
• Language: English or German (documentation in English)
• Precondition: User Training

Content:

• Administration of the Linux-operating system
• Architecture of the SITE test system
• SITE data base management
• SITE alarm management
• HARDWARE and SOFTWARE Maintenance
• Backup and SW-Update-Procedure

Outcome:

After the training the attendees shall be able to

• handle the MySQL data base
• fix corrupted MySQL data tables
• understand the SITE data base scheme
• back-up and restore the SITE data bases
• add new SIM Cards to the SITE system
• edit user profiles
• edit the PLMN information
• add new local units to the SITE system
• add new interfaces to local units
• configure resources
• use the SITE commands
• understand the measurement strategy concept
• understand the purpose of the different SITE processes

Hands-on Training:

• Usage of MySQL commands
• Handling of SIM Cards
• Adaptation of the PLMN information
• Usage of SITE commands
