Terms & Conditions

Discounts:

a) Early Booking: At least 12 weeks before the training start date --> 20% discount
	Cancellation, for any reason, before the training start date
	(i) up to 12 weeks --> 100% of the advanced payment will be reimbursed
	(ii) up to 6 weeks --> 50% of the advanced payment will be reimbursed
	(iii) less than 6 weeks --> no reimbursement of the advanced payment
b) 10% discount for all attendees coming from the same company with more than one participant.

The price of each public training includes the training itself, the respective material, two coffee breaks and a lunch for each participant. Additional costs such as flight and hotel expenses, airport transfer, etc will be borne by participants.
For trainings in Germany law requires that the VAT (tax) of currently 19 % will be charged additionally and needs to be paid by participants.

Notice: Keynote SIGOS GmbH reserves the right to cancel any public training in case the minimum number of attendees is not being reached. The prices are not negotiable.
