Reporting & Diagnosis Training - Base

The training for reporting and alarming is intended for all persons who work with the SITE test system (reporting and analyzing of the test results).

• Duration: 1 day
• Maximum attendees:  6
• Location: Keynote SIGOS training center (Nuremberg, Germany)
  or customer location (requires one PC for each attendee and   
  trainer with connection to the SITE system)
• Language: English or German (documentation in English)
• Precondition: User Training

Content:

• Explanation of the reporting tool
• Explanation of the Measurement Strategy and KPI calculation
• Exercises with different reporting methods
• Explanation of the alarming tool
• Exercises with alarming

Outcome:

After the training the attendees shall

• understand the measurement strategy concept
• understand the structure of the SITE KPI data bases
• use different report types
• change report properties
• make a drill-down from the report down to the trace incl. the test result
• export report results
• schedule reports
• define alarms and different alarm actions
• understand the possibilities of sending alarm traps
