The test case editor training is intended for persons who are very experienced in both using and administrating the SITE test system. The goal is to enable the participants to write their own test applications.

  • Duration: 4 days
  • Maximum attendees: 4
  • Location: Keynote SIGOS training center (Nuremberg, Germany)
    or customer location (requires one PC for each attendee and
    trainer with connection to the SITE system)
  • Language: English or German (documentation in English)
  • Precondition: User Training

Content:

  • Test Case Editor fundamentals
  • Explanation of test case modules for different test case groups
  • Test case implementation for different test case groups

Outcome:

After the training the attendees shall be able to

  • understand the GUI concept of the test case editor
  • know the available test case modules
  • use the test case expression editor
  • define test cases
  • define test case measurements
  • define test steps and parameter groups
  • use the test case editor control structures
  • build test case executables

Hands-on Training:

  • Definition of simple test cases
  • Definition of test steps and parameter groups
  • Definition of measurements
  • Creation of test case executables
