User Training - Base Public

The user training is intended for all persons who work with the SITE or GlobalRoamer test system (preparation of tests, execution of tests and analyzing of the test results) and pre-required for all additional trainings, or similar previous work experience.

  • Price: 800 USD per person
    The price includes the training itself, the respective material, two coffee breaks and a lunch for each participant. Additional costs such as flight and hotel expenses, airport transfer, etc. will be borne by participants.

  • Earn up to 30 % discount!
    10 % discount for all participants from one company if more than one person attends 20 % discount for all registrations 12 weeks prior to the training

  • Components (HW, SW) of the SITE Test System and IP-Access to GlobalRoamer
  • Architecture of SITE or GlobalRoamer
  • SITE or GlobalRoamer GUI
  • SITE or GlobalRoamer data base
  • practical testing (with the delivered test cases) with SITE or GlobalRoamer
  • analysis of the test results

Outcome:

After the training the attendees shall

  • understand functionalities and the basic concepts
  • have a basic understanding of SITE or GlobalRoamer as well as a “distributed system”
  • know how the SIM Multiplexer is being used
  • have a basic knowledge of the data base and the applications in use
  • know the GUI concept

Respectively attendees shall

  • understand the general concept and the resources (management)
  • know test suites and user profiles
  • understand the general structure of existing test cases (overview about all test cases)
  • be able to create test definitions
  • be able to start test runs and understand their operations scheduling
  • be able to realize and analyze errors
  • be able to analyze the tests results
  • be able to export data on various ways
  • be able to use control structures

Hands-on Training:

  • Creation of test definitions
  • Input of parameters
  • Execution of test runs (including evaluation of test results) with several examples
  • Usage of control structures
  • Reading traces of test runs
  • Usage of PLMN information
  • Jobs reg. data base (e.g. export of data)
